Anyway my whole body is still aching from all the exercise I did on Tuesday and yesterday I somemore went jogging with MPB though coz my muscles are really sore I just brisked walked

am in the same boat - muscles aching from yesterday's and today's workout but somehow i think there's more to that. think too much time off and napping = body went into shock/not used to it = sluggish and tired

I think will end up mainly tennis, yoga and jogs
The hikes I can only take so much coz seriously it's hike + photography and since we are going for animals and insects, you can't use repellent and I don't want to feed mosquitos every week!
i'm just going to do the slo-carb diet and some exercise after the medical next monday

i went for a yoga class yesterday instead of home/self practice. uurgh...muscles are so stretched that it feels kinda sore now
