Gillnets - is it any wonder that our local fauna is endangered?

Today is 1952Y 6 50PM at Macritchie twds HG.
Anyway there was another bad accident at Lornie Rd. Motorbike + chain accident.
So much blood on the road.
That's the one I passed and posted about. Did you see it?

our reservoirs are already screwed over anyways .... lots of alien species already in there ..... it's a multi-cultural melting pot, just like our society ....
I've seen south american imports like assorted chiclids, earth-eaters, peacock bass, weird catfishes, suckers, and what not ... plus other fishes released by aquarium hobbyists .....
alligator gars and arapaimas have been caught in there before too ....
the local aquatic fauna ? ...... they are already endangered ....
So no one notice the bottle the lie near the croc's mouth???
people asked about that in the fishing forum .....
they threw the bottle at the croc to get it to move .....
didn't work .... only served to piss it off ...
It's kinda hard to gauge the croc's size from the image. What was its approximate length, ya think?

No I didn't...but the bike looks pretty smashed up.
i would say about nine or ten feet, enough to crunch a human's ass

The rest of us will just hang back at a safe distance and watch you have a go at that...

Never had croc meat before. What does it taste like? Chicken?

imagine chicken and pork, with a hint of fish ....

texture-wise, yes...
but the chinese turned it into some kinda tonic soup which super-heats the hell out of your body...
i also kinda like the "hot plate" version of it with lots of ginger and spring onions
Does croc meat feature prominently in some types of Asian cuisine? I can't imagine it's something you can just buy readily at the local supermarket's meat section.
i'll come back tomorrow with a pic of the stuff in the supermarket freezers tomorrow... ahahahahaha...
i think 'gator would be similar
