  This morning the CTE Tunnel towards AYE was closed due to taxi on fire.. The PIE Whitley Rd & Thomson Rd exits were congested.

  now SMRT says have to spend $900m over 8 yrs to upgrade train system... Thing is, this bill would have been smaller if Saw upgraded it earlier...
