I think the M'sia lorries carrying sand all dare not appear to enter SG during office hours, on fear of LTA crackdown..
only those dump trucks appeared, trailer carrying sand all appear only aft 5pm...
Just now at Woodlands never see much lorries.
I love tea, especially the oolong that I bought. But I used a lot of leaves and that pushes my infuser open after a while. ![]()
cammomile with honey for me when i'm dealing with an itchy or sore throat

It doesn't feel like tea to me. My remedy is hot cocoa sweetened only with pure honey with no cream or milk.
It could be the adrenaline rush from doing 3 exams in less than 24 hrs that's keeping me awake.
I still dont feel tired.
yet

after that, you drop off and sleep like a log for more than 12 hours...
that's what happened to me all the time when i was in school..
I forsee that too.
At least let me survive tomorrow's exam.
I promise I'll be good and not touch caffeine in the forseeable future.
evening folks
I still think a power nap is the best energy booster.
The thing about power naps is that you need to time yourself properly.
You must wake yourself up before you enter the second stage of sleep. For most people, that means waking up within 20 to 30 minutes.
Anything more than that, and sleep inertia will just turn you into a zombie.
On a related note, I seem to have lost my ability to power nap in the afternoon. In the past, I could easily zonk out on my work desk. Now, I find myself being too frazzled and wired to knock myself out.
I drank coffee for some strange reason that I can't recollect.....so now.
Here I am.![]()
