My tuition student's mom gave me the golden handshake yesterday.
At least it was a highly civillized and proper retrenchment. The same can't be said for my other student (my cousin's son).
My own cousin is basically ignoring all my calls and SMSes asking when he wants me to come back to teach his son.

My student was reminded last week countless times that there was lesson yesterday.
I took my 1hr journey to travel to the tuition centre.
He did not turn up.
He switched his hp off.
F*cktard.
I was f*cking angry last night.
I have a good mind to give him an ultimatum to either switch to a Friday which I already asked him to do so or risk me dropping him like a pebble.
He's not worth my time.

I think my nephew complained to his daddy that I was being too hard on him.
But what can I say? For his exams, his revision schedule consisted of my tuition sessions.... and nothing else. He just can't be bothered to do his own revison.
And even then, he couldn't even be bothered to do the practice questions I would give him at the end of each session.
Like I told him, the questions are not meant to tekan him, but to help reinforce whatever I taught so that I could easily pick up from where I left off in the next lesson. And sure enough, because he didn't do those questions, he would have forgotten everything I taught, and I would have to waste a lot of time backtracking instead of moving forward.
And now, both my nephew and my cousin are ignoring me, and they went so far as to consciously avoid me AT MY OWN BROTHER'S WEDDING.
Seriously, I'm gonna f**k it. Family or not, they ain't worth my time.
Even if they come back crawling on their knees begging for me, I'm gonna flip them off.

He played hooky? I can assure u that most people wouldn't want tution on ytd... Then again, he shld have communicate with u properly to ensure u wont waste time... -
These kind of student ain't the worth time la.
wa knn my student tells me the teacher told him essay shouldn't write intro and conclusion because they are "too stupid".
Nope.
Ain't buying that story.
Instead of teaching concepts I had to teach GP. Waste my time.
That extra money won't save my mental health.
