  back from morning cycling (exercise regime) and done with laundry... time to clean my bike... damn dirty after the sandy roads of sembawang, mandai ..

   

  Kluang and S.Korea is safe..   at least the sway-ness of Japan (2x disaster) is not done by me...  who went there twice hah?

  Gary Ablett died after losing his battle with cancer...

  thing is, when i first saw the news, i thought of Gary Ablett Snr, the AFL player who was nicknamed "God"

  

  he was a freakishly good player who played for the Geelong Cats...

  his son, Gary Ablett Jnr also played for The Cats but now play for Gold Coast Suns.. and not surprisingly, is also a very gifted player..

  

   

  That being said, RIP Gary Ablett of Liverpool... our prayers go with you
