I've seen cats chase down mice .... it's not a pretty sight, but at least most times, it's over pretty quick for the mice ... (unless, of course, the moggy decides to play with his food ..... a reminder for me why i don't like cats that much) .....
a glue board kills very slowly .... a mouse could be stuck on the glue board for days in agony and fear before it dies from exposure or more likely it gets wrapped up in a plastic bag and gets tossed alive into the rubbish .... how's that as a way to go ? ...

hmmm, so does ah tiong eating mice in the "3 squeak" way humane?when u pick up the live mice, it squeak once...
then u dip into sauce, 2nd squeak...
then u bite and eat, 3rd final squeak...
ended pretty fast it seems...

Gia si lang... The parents at SCGS are treating the SBS bus stop as if a car park... 2 rows of cars parked at the bus stop bay while waiting for their precious.
Anyway, TNP reported abt residents kpkb abt NTUC Fairprice's smaller outlet in the neighbourhood... Goods stacked everywhere and the 10 tonner lorry flooding the car park...
Like I've said bef, Fairprice and other supermarket ought to be barred from opening in the neighbourhood.. Car park isn't meant for their lorries and they dunno how to keep their goods...

chinese believes that ppl who drown tends to look for "ti shi gui" aka substitution...
alot of elderly now afraid of that area, claiming that some souls will pull u there and cause u to commit suicide to replace them...
