IT(information technology) line is very small, esp in SG. Here i have already bump into a few from my ex coy, and with many connections to the higher ups and better paying positions out there.
But for IT(the manager), to stoop to low blows and forced salary suppressing and telling people about my performance and such, I think IT really has stoop to such a low level, nothing I can do. Anyway People around IT are aware as well.
Stuff I build over the months are not easy to understand or learn. Imagine to pick up a web service call, or AI algos for some shit. (though I did not think or write them), people will need time to take over.
Anyway I agreed to help, so nvm lor... Extend 2 weeks, minus away weekend and minus away that holiday, not that long either.
