Instead of wasting time and money on the inquiry, I rather they fix the stupid MRT system

I stay away from fast food as much as I can.... unless if I'm really desperate or in a rush and there's nothing better to eat.
Even then, I am selective about what I eat. KFC Roasta Burger, for instance, is much less damaging than the Double Down if you ask them to not put the mayo.
Likewise, a baked potato and a small chili at Wendy's isn't gonna hurt you much.
Just keep the eating of fast food to a minimum, and make better choices if you have to eat at such places.

37 g fat (11 g saturated, 0.5 g trans)
1,880 mg sodiumThe calorie content actually isn't that bad (provided you don't eat anything else with it).
The fat and sodium content, on the other hand...... yikes.

one of the toilets got choked last week, and the folks were overseas, i had to call in a plumber to settle it cos I couldn't unchoke it myself ......
fellow flashed his teeth and handed me a bill for $450 after an hour ........
best part is, I walked him out the gates after giving him dettol and a can of coke ..... I thought he would have a little van or pick up to put his stuff but nooooooo ......
he loaded his stuff into the back of a wine colored merc C class ..... waved happily at me ... and drove off .....

Reminds me of one of my men in the army.....
He was only O-Level educated, but he managed to persuade a shipbuilding/repairing company to take him on.
He worked his butt off, and within a couple of years he was managing blokes with diplomas. He's taking home more pay than I am now, in spite of being a blue-collar worker.
Now that's something to think about.

It makes me wonder what kind of conditions exist that allow the said women to grow up in a bubble with such outdated notions. Remember that they and guys like them may, heaven forbid, go on to become bosses and mini-stars. -

Calorie count is lower than expected, but fat and salt content is monstrous.
Since 1 g of fat = 9 calories, the Double Down has a solid 37*9 = 333 calories.
In other words, more than half its energy content comes from fat.
The Double Down can actually be a reasonably healthy thing to eat..... if they were to grill the chicken instead of deep-frying it.
