  Well, we know that the judiciary is getting more and more idiotic.

  I seriously long for the days when messing with a minor gets you jail and rotan, no questions asked. And the judge increases your sentence if you dare to appeal against it.

  Now we have idiotic things like this. It is pretty much a confirmed thing that the guy will skip bail.... in fact, I'll be extremely surprised if he actually does come back.
