I wanna ask smth about ffwd bus services.

What is missing is your transfer rebate alas distance fare benefit as far as I could remember.
But yah, not right for card reader system to be switched off.
That was the only public transport I took that day.
So there was no transfer rebate, because there was no transfer.
In other words, I got hit with the maximum fare, plain and simple.
And now SBST is telling me to go get the refund from Transitlink. The way I see it, they're intentionally making the refund system difficult so that people would just give up and forget about making refunds.
Oh, and now when I want to file for a refund, I can't fill in my full name!
In the 'Name (As In NRIC)' field, the cursor stops short, making me unable to fill in my surname!
Is there a freakin' conspiracy against me or something?
Is it 'Make Fudgie Go Berserk Day' at both SBST and Transitlink?

What you said was 'transfer rebate'.
When you say 'transfer rebate', you give the impression that transfers have to be involved.
Please improve on your level of English.

Any ffwd.
If you take ffwd and you stop while still within the non-express sector, does the normal trunk fare apply?

Correct me if I'm mistaken but I believe there is no refund to claim. When you board the bus, the fare deducted is based on the remaining distance to the terminus. Since your journey ends there, you won't get anything back when you tap out, unlike the people who alight earlier.
What the talking bus is probably saying is that should you take another bus or train after, there won't be a discount on the subsequent fares, since it cannot calculate the distance you travelled on the first leg.
morning guys

a bmw looks like those u see on roads in spore only like au$13,500k over here.automatic and everything works.its the repair bills that cost an arm or leg.usually for asians ..one repair bill is $1500 standard rate.so if go to repair brakes or engine or whatever half a dozen times....can get ready to throw car away or sell as spare parts.

That's because people maintain their cars over there, instead of just sending them to the dealer before chucking them after 5 years as is the case here.

because of the COE, there is no point in maintaining a car properly for more than the life of the COE...
i'm probably one of the few people who makes sure the engine is working well, to hell with the exterior... most would spend a small fortune making their cars look nice while neglecting the regular servicing or sending it to the cheapest mechanic they can find

man....
and a very ugly one at that too!
