Like MPB and I everytime if Starhub or M1 sure got problem
With Singtel they get back to us super duper fast one and problem also fixed damn fast

And maybe also because instead of just calling them. I call, take down their name, follow up with an email and ask them when are they calling me back.

and everywhere seems to have a glut of the light green one...

Ah bear. Actually I kinda find refill are not common for Dove. Any case sometimes it's likely it's either out of stock or possibly that the bottled ones happened to be cheaper with trade offer.
