Briyani rice can only be cooked using long-grained basmati rice.
I have nothing but contempt for hawkers who use normal-grain rice to cook briyani rice.

This is a pretty interesting read.....
Now, I don't approve of the plagiarist, and she totally deserves to be sued by all those people she plagiarized from....
.... but it's still kinda scary just how incredibly efficient the online mob can be at taking someone down.

Yeah the plagiarist deserved it. I told you guys once about that guy in my project team who plagiarized work..... from Wikipedia, of all places.
That resulted in a slugfest that lasted for a long time, to the point where that farker slandered me on sgforums using MY REAL NAME.
In the end, he begged for forgiveness, but since it was not unreserved (he said that I was also partly to blame), I refused to accept it or to even reply to it.
Anyway, that aside, it's still a bit scary just how efficient and effective the online community can be at vigilantism. I'm seriously scared of friendly fire and collateral damage when they do these things.

Briyani is supposed to be nice and fluffy. You can't get that with normal rice!

The efficiency of the online mob at finding out stuff is incredible... did U remember how the chinese sexpose the pictures of the missle test for NKorea (which were distributed by NKorea) to be fake?and of coz, our own local community EDMW for csi-ing out ppl... very efficient...
and now with ppl's reputation online, it's easy to take down someone online just becoz their reputation is on it...

got one of a corn soy drink pack in one of the race packs.... can't ignore the "sweetness" and "unhealthy" bit...hence it has been sitting in my fridge for 2 weeks
