Hamilton has been there for soooo long... but the pay increase by McLaren is also abit disappointing to him I guess... -

Perez was a Ferrari young driver. If they chose to let him go, that could mean they have someone bigger waiting for Massa's seat - like Vettel.
Schumacher's agent was seen negotiating with Sauber, so it could be a merry-go-round in the driver's market. A few other drivers were also rumoured to be angling for that seat.
