Mobo fan loose? very rare case... if pushing the fan fx the problem means the CPU temp is too high...Time to tune down the OC (if any, applicable) or check the TIM... The newer ivy bridge uses junk quality TIM...

A friend just posted on FB about a ch**b** who left "white and sticky" liquid on the floor of the toilet cubicle at the said place after hogging it for so long.

There appears to have 4 odd-looking plastic screws attaching it to the mobo. 3 of them seem loose. When the fan operate, the CPU makes a funny noise and then blackout, followed by an emergency shutdown. I just pushed it and it ''clicked'' onto place. After it is secure, the CPU doesn't blackout and does emergency shutdowns and operate normally.
At first when I opened the CPU cover, I was like " OKAY, WHICH RESISTOR DROPPED OFF? " -

Vibrations...vibration can actually unscrew ur mobo fan screws... but unless the assembling of PC is done sloppily, it shldn't occur...
if resistor dropped off or cap blown, POST will occur...

Yes, it exists. It's Pike Place Market, and the fishmonger's name just adds 'Fish' in front of 'Market'. They even have books written about the way they go about their business.
