  do u think i still can provide my women with my ful cummy goodness? i wont compromise on the quality of my semen but i really think the situation is getting out of hand. my left ball has been growing since i was six and it has gone out of control. on the other hand my right ball isnt growing at all! it's the size of a pea whereas my left ball is like a bowling ball. i have compared it with normal guys' balls and mine is at least 50 times bigger.
  
  so how? should i just cut it off?
