  think its the way they potray themselves.. my friends seem to be able to tell who is a trans and who is not. i can never tell though... me not sensitive to my surroundings

  hmm the most extreme surgeries can actually create very real-looking pusSy, not jus a "blank spot". Similarly, the fake male organs can be made for female to male transsexuals.
  
  We've seen transsexuals with curvvy bods, hips that are not possible for normal guys too.
  
  I believe the voice or adam's apple is the way to spot a transsexual, altho sometimes adam's apple is not obvious

  I heard they have procedures to remove the adam's apple nowadays. Not sure whether it's true or not though.

  not true. there are vaginal reconstruction surgeries nowadays that create vaginas so real that you will not be able to tell the difference. The only way thus far that hasn't been able to be hidden thru cosmetic surgery is the adam's apple.
