Lean n well toned is better recieved by the ladies. Most Singaporean gals dun really like bodybuilders. But then the benchmark of lean n well toned here is really low. Too skinny n pathetic in my opinion.
I prefer the built of the guys in US version of men's health. Very nice!

i tink a toned body is good enuff..no need to be so over pumped up. may frighten them off leh...Toned body tend to attract more gals lor but of cos the face cannot be fart up lah..got body no face = nothing also lor. cos gals dun see body one mah. They still go for looks then body. So i will say toned body is just an added bonus.
