The agencies outsource their girls or guys to their customers for whatever occasions: dinner parties companions, business meeting, conferences etc ... at a fixed rate of say $250 per hr for a minimum of 4 hrs. Naturally the agencies gets the lion share of the money.
But beyond line is negotiated between the girl and the customer. Normally if sex is involved it will be a seperate fee.
