  well there are 2 reasons to it...A) there are such things called plastic surgery and botx injextions....or B) as long as you stay happy and feel young at heart, you will be beautiful....of course you need to upkeep as well lar....

  They can take care of their skin, exercise regularly & also eat good food. A lot of beautiful girls even the old, can do that also.
