according to your description, it should just be vaginal discharge... vaginal discharge can be cary in colour, from colourless to white. when it's dried up like for example on her underwear, it can turn to white or yellow. What i have mentioned above is onli for normal vaginal discharge.
if she's infected by viruses or bacteria, vaginal discharge can be yellow, greenish yellow or cheesy... the colour depends on the kind of infection she has gotten. the most distinct symptom, would be a change in colour and the smell. as some of the members have told u, it may smell fishy. but then again, the smell of vaginal discharge varies from person to person. she may not be infected, but her vaginal disacharge may have a little smell depending on her diet. gals who eat a lot of seafood and meat tend to have vaginal discharge with a little smell.
i know it sounds confusing. But perhaps, the safest way to confirm if she's alright is to persuade her to see a doctor. Not to worry. The checkup onli requires the gal to pee. the pee is then collected in a cup for the doctor to conduct some simple tests.
it is scientifically proven that most women have at least one infection n their lifetime. this is becoz many women actually have bacterias on the vagina and this is normal. they r there to maintain the PH and health of the vagina. When there's drastic changes to the PH of the vagina, abnomal growth of the bacterias may be induced, causing infection. Dehydration, unclean undergarments, detergents and soaps are some of the things which can cause infection. one of which is urinary infection. one of the symptoms is painful urination. try asking if she experiences that. if she does, better bring her to the doctor. it's definitely curable. antibiotics will be prescribed to her normally and she just have to drink more water.
for some other infections like vulvultis (cant remeber how u spell it), the couple, both woman and man should consult the doctor and be examined.

sounds like a pro in this line........
