Defination of a SPG?

  I was reading Foreigners having it shiok here , and i was wondering to myself, what exactly is a SPG? What's your definition of it..?

  I guess SPGs think it's cool.. white guys taking notice of them is a form of compliment to them..
  
  little do they know tt they r despised by locals n treated more as playthings by foreigners.. not at all flattering..

  I used to dislike SPGs, I still do, but I like to think of them more like a filter for the local gals.
  
  The loca gals (guys too) always feel they are superior to other nationalities and they (we) wonder why locals keep outsourcing to foreign 'talents'(?). Well, the SPG effect filters off the sand from the true diamond, all that is left, are the wonderful gals that we keep hearing about but never finding.
  
  From my contributions in other threads, I have already shown my preference for overseas gals for various reasons.
