FHM magazine with calendar selling for $2?

On 1 Jan 05 I saw the Dec 04 issue of FHM magazine, which comes with a calendar, at the 7-Eleven along Upper Thomson Road.
When I went to pay, the cashier keeps getting the price $2 on the register while scanning the barcode. I asked outdated issue got discount. The cashier said only with purchase of some brand of beer then its $2/-.
The cashier had to void the scanned price of $2 three times and finally he keyed in to the stated $7/- on the magazine. I also bought some drinks and sweets.
On 3 Jan 05 I went to work and I saw the Jan issue on my friend's table. My friend then told me he saw the Dec 04 issue with calendar selling at $2/- at the Tanjong Pagar 7-Eleven on 1 Jan 05.
I felt the cashier at the Upp Thomson 7-Eleven could have cheated me and pocketed the extra $5/-.
Anyone knows where I can check about my situation? -
I think you should just get over it, december issue was a major disappointment.

the only turned on i get for the dec issue is the calender...and NBCB!!! half of the page all the stupid ACCESSORIES for sale....damn...Im not gonna buy FHM anymore...i'll stick with one magazine this time onwards...and that is the BEST....MAXIM!!!
