Doing oral sex (blow job), can lead to HIV positive?

This guy whom i met in a gent's toilet cam to me and told me that he wanted to do a blow job for me!! I was taken aback and got so angry and pushed him away with such an insulting approach towards me!! But he kept following me and tried his level best to make me give in....as everyone has a weak point on each other made me give in and follow him to a private toilet and the work started!!

I did went for a blood test to DSC Clinic after the incident (around 2 months later) and got the result as "Negative"
Do i need to go another test? This matter is just not getting out from my mind at all!! Help me on this as i have made a big mistake without thinking right!!
Can any kind heart help me on this? Give me contacts which i could seek help or even was it alright having oral sex?
