I have not masturbate for a week plus,which i have never done before since i started it,i only did try not to masturbate for a few days,then i masturbate again,the feeling was great,simply satisfying,as if i were doing it for the 1st time,however this time round i got the urge to do masturbate after a week plus but also don't feel like wanting to do,i am not sure what to do,can someone out there give advice?
