To be on a safe side, go and see a doc.
If the doc laugh (which i dont think they will), feel free to lodge a complain. -

What u worried about just enjoy the milk.It might have been left over whenshe last breast fed.
What u can do.Massage each breast in warm water and try expressing by sueezing each nipple.If milk comes out continue massaging until no more milk left.
If blood..opps you better go see Mr Doc!!!

Was never hungry..she fed me good...
