  UK men cry foul over sex chat con
  
  THE men were getting their kicks from chatting with Asian girls. Or so they thought.
  
  But when they realised that the girls they thought were Filipinas were actually from around Nottingham in the UK, they felt cheated. And angry.
  
  So angry that they complained to the authorities, reported British newspapers.
  
  Now the man whose brainchild the sex chatline was, Andrew Vanderahe, 41, has been fined 65 ($200) and ordered to pay 1,000 as costs. He admitted to a breach of the Trade Descriptions Act.
  
  So what gave the girls away? They had got the Manila accent right but when they signed off with 'Ey up' and 'Cheers me duck', the men felt something was not right.
  
  Vanderahe, who had employed 40 women, felt that a saucy East Asian accent would keep the callers interested longer.
  
  One chatline user, who did not want to be named, said: 'You thought you were talking to a Filipina and some had the accent just right.
  
  'But when you heard the girl say 'Thanks me duck' and 'Cheers me duck' you knew it was a con.'
  
  A Nottingham Trading Standards spokesman said: 'This has been an unusual investigation but we decided to proceed because so many men were being ripped off.'

  funny ppl~ when they call in to chat, the women in the chatline are already faking to be friends to be with them. Wat is the problem of faking somemore, like being an Asian ?
