  Based on what I've observed from my female classmates, they seem to be more affected by their environs, the people around them and their actions, so in most cases, they appear to be even more sensitive to their surroundings than usual, sometimes leading to an emotional overload...
  
  I don't know much about how they feel physically, but the general opinion is that they feel fatiqued...

  Al by past memories told by a 5 yrs ex.Cramps, u can feel the blood clot coming out,or at there,wetness...easy lah...u go take a pad..pour "rebinea" til quite wet. den u stick on ur underwear & move arount, aweful or fell uneasy,or as some sch gals,may scare pad overflow, keep checking cos pai say mah... hv the tendency to be very sensitive to other ppl eyes...
  
  But feeling from wat i know is either, discomfort,cramp,etc...is in the mind la...i also dunno how to say...
  
  But if i were to say 1 thing, is kind of "MA FAN"
