Something I Don't Understand...

Something really puzzles me as I kept reading and catching up on these forums. It seems that you guyz despice SBSK, and there're even talks about him using different nicks at the same time. Is it not possible to have him banned forever? ...as in, ban his IP address?
I was wondering though... -
Entertainment my dear... entertainment... if we do that who's to amuse that. Anyway... if he uses Singnet, its quite impossible to ban since the IP changes after every log in... and I not sure if the forum got IP banning system...

however, ppl do make mistakes and have some sense of mischief.....if found to be disrupting the peace of this forums, the person is asked to leave
if he/she repents and wanna rejoin this community, we welcome them.....but if any trouble is detected, we have to take action again....
mod is bery free anyway.....and it does not take much energy to click on that button
we'll see who wears out patience first -
