what if they catch me downloading porn movie

i know govt now is catching download song and movie from BT/P2peer
to protect the benifit of the maker,
i know also they catching ppl who sell pirated porn vcd /dvd.
what if they find out me downloading some porn short movie(10mb-50mb)? -
shrugs. i think they only catch if u upload? besides, they only catch those ppl who are infringing the rights of artists whom the RIAA is protecting. etc linkin park?
they can't be bothered to catch offenders for ppl who are not paying them money to protect their rights -

yea they do. but they can't do anything about legit downloads. like nightwish their official webpage have mp3 samples of their songs, u download that, but it is legit, the RIAA can't come down on you for that.
i think the same goes for anime, cause japanese products don't come under RIAA protection
besides it takes alot of resources to come down on everyone who downloads.. its alot of time and effort, and 24 hours checks. and it doesn't hold much logic to protect the rights of people who don't pay RIAA for their effort. -

it is a legit business in the states. so companies like playboy and hustler are all protected, even given red carpet treatment like stars. they are quite recognised
