  Who here can afford a session of CBT? Has anyone here tried it out before? Is it painful? What are the tools involve in CBT? Share your experience

  Really? What about Gloves, pliers and needles? Do they have to be the special type that caters to this type of activity?

  no. the normal ones would suffice.
  
  all u need is to get some surgical spirits to swab whatever objects you plan to use, and also remember to heat objects like knives, pins etc to disinfect them, b4 swabbing.
  
  generally, make sure a high level of hygene is observed.
