It's not a sex crime even though 'sex' was involved. Why would the police tell the school? The 'crime' he committed isn't going to affect his ability to work or are the children in any danger. The man is gay, of course, he's doing a guy.
It's just ridiculous that the principal convinently brings up his shortfalls after he gets into trouble. Why wouldn't he had fired the guy if he was already incapable of doing his job? Makes you wonder how many others incapable teachers there are in the school.
