I want 2 stop smoking, I tried patch, gum..... don't work ! I smoke 60 a day !
Any good way to quit ? How much ?

Wah lan oei.....seems you only need one light per day....then you just chain smoke the rest of the day.
Must be hard on your pockets too. At current prices, thats over S$30 per day in fags, or close to S$1000 per month!!
I guess willpower and distraction are the two best ways. I reduced from 2 packs a day to less than 1 now. Thats over a span of a few months. -

A day have 16 waking hrs
On average you smoke: 60 / 16 : 3.75 cigs an Hour...
Making it every 15 minutes you will light up...
But really, if you want to change.. you would... no one can force you. -

For heavy smoker to quit overnight is not possible, mebbe your mindset instead of quitting should be switching to use another nicotine product.
Like switching cigarette brands, other nicotine products also takes some getting use to, initially the symptoms could be stuffy nose or cough irrtation for 1-2 weeks. -

Stand behind my nissan 350z car, i step accelrator, 8000rpm w/o releasing. Got 2 exhaust, 1 left one right. If my smoke not enough, take a trip down to SBS bus. The diesel smoke power. Smoke one time, confirm admitted to hospital, get lung cancer. -

take those nicorette gum, they're pretty good! taste so awful u wun hv appetite to smoke hahaha. bad news is, they are very expensive. ultimately, its all abt ur willpower
