  take a bus down to orchard.. as u get off the bus stop start stripping and then running around. people are sure to get what you mean. Do it the more advertising way, make a signboard hang it around your neck and parade orchard road with it. You can even try doing moonwalk or a catwalk if you have the skill. this will enable attention to be diverted towards you.
