  find an external site that allows u to host your pictures and then hotlink from there.

  1. go to ripway.com and create an account, then, upload the pic u want to post. go to files and u'll see a picture file and a link.
  
  e.g. http://home.ripway.com/2004-6/123707/20050319SHE0038-M.png
  
  2. copy and paste the link. highlight it and click on the Img button on the toolbar. you'll see something like this.
  
  e.g. [im]http://home.ripway.com/2004-6/123707/20050319SHE0038-M.png[/im] << i removed a "g" for illustration purposes.
