Biologically, once there is penetration resulting in the tearing of the hymen, the woman is no longer considered a virgin. Even if the hymen remains intact somehow after penetration, the woman is still not considered a virgin anymore.
Psychologically, there are women who consider themselves virgins, even though they may have engaged in sexual intercouse (protected or otherwise) as part of their professional activities, as there is no love involved. So it all depends on which definition you would be willing to accept.
The issue of protection is irrelevant, since there are many couples in romantic relationships who use condoms as well. -
A woman cannot be considered a virgin once she has engaged in sex, with or without protection.

I am 30 year old, and was surprised that more and more ladies are willing to do this kind of job for $$$...I am wondering whether those ladies can be considered virgins as condoms had overcome their phobias of being impregnated..That's why I post this message at the forum.
