Tried and advised few friends too and it works... "Magic Tissue" It's recommended to me by my friend and it works too well, so it's not for me.
It's bought from some 'mama' shop, very cheap, basically it's a wet tissue (sealed initially of course) and used it to cover your bf's head for around 5min. then you 2 can continue to do the battle.
