aerikh's rite, there r lots of ppl here who gave lousy reply, esp in Bars.
but as the name imply, it's not called BARS for no reason.
heng's rite too, here used to b a very nice forums. though i dun post much messages, i used to enjoy reading the topics. i remembered i found this forum in "wendy81" era ba... , now she seldom post anyway. 
i read those 'ancient' posts (u cant find it here anymore), ppl used to gave sound n solid advice, friendly n nice... FI WAS nice n friendly that time, now more sarcastic oredi, i suspect mayb change ppl liaoz heng was nice too, n stil is now 
anyway, i come to this forum lesser nowadays, coz found a better one. That forum is similar to the good old SGForums dayz...

When I just got here from hardwarezone EDMW forum I thought this was a nice place especially in AA forum where plenty of good advice was given. Then clowns start appearing but at least they have proper manners to stay in the bar or chitchat. But recently jerksass start straying into AA forum too and that really piss me off. It seems everytime somebody comes out to criticise the forum, forumites and especially the seniors will band together and 'attack' the person who criticised the forum. Nice to see forumites so proud of sgforums. But is their enthusiasm a little misplaced?
Always see those other forumites, especially those 'seniors' who like to attack or those who supposedly pose lame comments, or ppl who mess up the forum. Even if the person is genuinely asking for help. No doubt some of them in my opinion deserve it, but some of these 'seniors' really seem to enjoy carrying out personal attack on others.
And when somebody speaks out that there is something wrong with the forum, these same 'seniors' will start attacking those who criticise the forum. Really makes you doubt the 'good intentions' of these seniors.
Sometimes, I see little difference between those who are so-called posting lame comments and those 'seniors'. It's just a matter of whether you're friends with the mod or not.
I miss the wendy81 era too. But I understand why she doesn't come much into sgforums anymore. I miss the time where croco (a.k.a sgboy) will always make 'guest appearances' in BAR. Sgboy's still one of the funniest and friendliest forumites in my opinion. Miss the time where BAR is just a gathering place for would-be-flamers and wannabe-flamed ppl.
But apparently that is just how it is now.
Don't mind me, just some comments and opinions of my own. -
