Coffee, Ginseng & Tonkat Ali

Went to JB the other day and tried this instance drink of coffee, sugar, creamer, ginseng and tonkat ali ( came in a sachet form ).
It supposed to make you feel sexually aroused and horny. Besides tasting liked normal coffee it does nothing to the libido. My friends took 3 packets one shot also no effect. Kanna bluff liow.
Still stick with my hot soya bean milk mix with a fresh egg better.
Anyone got some reliable concoctions to share -
