  depending on your outlook, i would say the best is yr workplace or office...u can sure find those lady who are positive outlook in life, but lonely or quiet, mature or serious or jovial funny humourous type......but their inside character might want to be wild but they just cant show it or admit for fear....
  
  other places can be HDB , those jogger women or the type who bring out their dogs for walk...
  
  of cos the obvious would be to go pub, KTV where mature peeps hand about.. IMO they are too "easy" wh0res not challenging just throw money drinks and risk of aids...i rather "enjoy" with "educated relak" women....
