Personally I find that ST is just plain ridiculous. Their front page news articles are often not even mentionworthy. They print ludicrous articles mainly about sex or somehow related to sex and try to sell off their paper by that. And when people don't but it they start complaining that newspaper readership in Sg is nil. I mean DUH! I would like to read about more happening stuff in other countries rather then this maid jump down, that maid got slapped by the tenant, 16 yr gal selling her body, how many time we have sex in sg, pros spreading to neighbourhood HDBs.
Come on man gimme a break. Can you print real news for once? At least if you don't have so much news then I would suggest that you print lesser and at least save the trees! So much for environmental consideration in our country.. They feel proud that they printed 250 over pages and print that on the frontpage announcing to everyone that "Today's issue has 250 pages!" WHAT THE F?
I ain't asking for superb designing or perfect color blending and graphics. I ain't asking for colour photographs and querying into your maid's relationship.
I am just asking for plain old simple news.
Personally I applaud "Today" for their paper. Its compact, brief and really to point. But for ST, I just hate it.. Waste of time, money and paper..
