  i understand it hurts for gals too although not as much as guys since we have unprrtected organs in that area

  During menstration some girls get really bad cramps that they can't get out of bed, some faint and etc... probably a lack of iron from blood loss.

  well some girls seem to not have any pains from menstraution while i'm pretty sure alll guys will feel the pain of a kick and the groin and i'm guessing the cramps etc are only the few severe cases

  It doesn't hurt, it kills. You can have a guy zombie who has his pain receptors turned off, but kick him in the balls and he'll definitely fall. Don't believe go watch the movie cube zero.

  Yes it is painful. The pain goes all the way to the abdomen and stomach. So painful until sh|t want to come out.

  There was an Serie A player who got kicked in the balls and it burst some time ago.... Poor guy.....
