if you read carefully , the manager of the firm doesn't want the pakistanis to work in his firm , but he didn't want to divulge that the fact that he is biased against them.
So he tried to praised them by saying that they are too handsome so that he can keep them out of his firm and yet avoid criticism that he is racist.
