Differentiate Real Breast or Implants?

any idea how to tell the difference between real breast or implants?

hmm implants are too symmetrical,too spherical in shape.

Oil based Implants you cannot tell the difference even by touching and squeezing it

Depends on what type of implants.
Saline filled bags are the most easy to identify, cause like fireice said defy gravity.
Silicons are less easy but still can spot when the lady lay down. (Pointing to the sky)
