e bb is in e uterus, which is diff from e area needed for sex, therefore, it does not disturb e bb...
jus tat, e couple have to watch out for unusual bleedings n so on, in which may mean complications for the baby. (main concern for many expecting couples)

Better to let things settle more for the first three months....in orgasm of the lady during sex may lead to her to contraction...this may lead to undue amount of contartion ...this, in the final 3 months may not be suitable for mothers who may already have difficulty retaining the child -

And not forgetting that premature contraction in the third trimester (week 27-40) can always lead to fetal hypoxia (lack of oxygen to the fetus) and hence may even lead to intrauterine death and other fetal complications (such as limb abnormalities and lung immaturity). -
