Pervert Uncle in AMK mrt TOilet (Wat can police do?)

Yo people,
Me and my gf was at AMK mrt. both of us were having stomachache, so we went to the toilet. So i went in and the cubicles were full so i was waiting outside the door. then there is this uncle (around 40 Plus) was standing and "PEEING" but he was standing ther for so long and keep looking left and right so i find him quite strange but i tot maybe his bladder got problem so i went to wash my hand and he was looking at me and another guy come in and standing beside him and this sick bastard was looking to his left and looking down, so i felt something is wrong with him. that was like one min plus just standing ther and pretend as if he is peeing.. then the cubicle was available so i went in to do my business. for around 3 min or so maybe 5....
when i open the door , he is still ther standing at the same urinal and still looking left and right.. so i washed my hand and walk out to wait for my gf(my gf took quite long to come out as she got to queue up in female toliet) i waited outside for 10 min for my gf and the uncle actually still inside.
i was very tempeted to call the police. so any police here? i would like to ask, wat can the police do if i report such case. i mean i just feel sick when so many guys went in and out and he just stand ther and trying to look at peoples's u know wat.
Sorry my English is not very good. but i was pissed by this people.
anyway he is wearing a white shirt and a blue pants with spectacles with a sling bag, u all better becareful... -

Frankly speaking, even if you call for the police, they can't do anything. This is because he is not disturbing or causing nuisance/trouble to the public. Further more, it is in a public area. It's just like you are at a hawker centre eating and people are looking at you. I don't think you can call the police and they will definitely don't attend to your case.
I understand that he is a pervert to you and some people, but, do take note that the law doesn't say that a person cannot be in a public toilet doing nothing but looking around for a period of time.
Unless the pervert uncle that you are doing, is standing in the toilet and walk around, causing nuisance to people in the toilet, eg. standing damn close or touching you, then please call the police emergency hotline immediately. -

ROFL. First time you encounter these kinda people uh? I encountered a couple of these weirdos already, not only MRT toilets, food court toilets even. Standard routine la, wash hand, go look, come back pretend wash hand, go back look again...etc. making their 10 cents worth.
But next time just ask "eh.. what you doing", sure they tio stun one. And they'll say "nothing sorry" and walk off. You be your own policeman
