  i assume that you are still quite young. Am i right to say this it hasnt been more than a year since you started masturbating? This happens to boys who just started masturbating and your blood vessels around the region is still delicate, its unable to withstand the sudden increase in pressure. Result is that your arteriole has burst. This is nothing serious, just stop masturbating too frequently, will heal soon.

  I never heard of anything like this before from masterbating. Since it's a week later I, like many others who have responded to this thread, recommend you go and see a doctor real soon because this can be quite serious you never know. And if you do see a doctor then tell us what the diagnosis is because I'm curious to know if you don't mind And one last thing don't masterbate too hard, I know someone else mentioned that but I am just reinterating it.
