  well i'll tell you how it is in USA. Here we are taught about sex when we are 8 years old, then again when we are 10, then again when we are 11 then again when we are 12 and lastly when we get into High school at age 13. We are tuaght all the time about sex, but... what ends up happening is that we just want what we just learned, plus many teachers say it's ok to masturbate, so kids go home and touch themself and think it's so great, then they see all the nudity and hear about sex in class and want to have sex. And all the teachers say "we don't say having sex is ok, but if you are going to do it use a condom" and they give free condoms too. There are places in USA that give condoms to kids for free. But then still kids think they can pull out before cumming inside a girl and they end up getting the girl pregnant, plus now they aren't scared as much of getting a girl pregnant since they get free condoms.

  ... Parents should guide their kids. Educate them on how to handle their feelings.
  If they choose to play.. they have to pay...
  The guy of cause.. goes to jail.
  The girl.... will either abort the baby or keep it
