  Man.. thats a Ganguro girl.. u ppl are yet to master the arts of Japanese n Korean differentiation. he he he... i am going for the Japs now.. tried the kimchis.. not bad not bad.. but the japs..man.. all the shiet comes from Japan bros...

  dude... she is just tanned and she doesn't have bleached hair. Ganguro styled died out long ago (Ganguro was a mountain witch). If you didn't know there are a ton of tan Japanese and it's natural.
