I think if you go Kenko (I did a couple of time), I seriously not sure what they do - is it Chinese Traditional? But after visiting them for feet and back, I know I do a better massage that they do and for the amount they charge - I don't feel relaxed after they pressed. Most of the people there are trained to follow the instructions and press the spots and just for feet, the price is about $30 for about 30-40 minutes.
Length of time varies with the type of item that was done. However, if you want to count until minute, then I have to count every cent. But definitely above or equal to 30 min.
I've also visited the PRC ones. They call stroking skin as massage. Anyways, they are not interested in massaging if you know what I mean.
My office colleague has serious arm pains that she could not carry even her mug. After slowly working through her arms and shoulder. Now, she just feels a little tight at her elbows and her pain is gone. I told her mine is alternative healing, it will need more time than a panadol.
